On Thursday, waters rose above the record set during the Great Flood of 1993, and officials say it could be a month before the water completely clears. Meanwhile, the U.S. job market shattered expectations in April, as employers added a net 263,000 jobs, unemployment fell to a five-decade low and wages rose.
