Artist David Hinchen never planned on moving to Albany, but when he did, he was struck by how monumental it was. David is a full-time artist, commissioned to paint historic houses throughout the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Boston. Living in Albany, David finds himself able to "become part of a community in a way that I never have before."
