While the vast majority of Gov. Cuomo's agenda was passed in the April budget, the state legislature has three weeks to go before wrapping up. We take a look at what's next for lawmakers. Also, what happens at a Town Hall with a popular incumbent in a safe congressional district? We found out this week when Congressman Paul Tonko met with constituents in Albany.
