Ed Miller takes us through the cider-making process at Goold's Orchards in Rensselaer County. In the kitchen, Kim Sopczyk serves up dishes made with fresh, sweet apple cider. Start your day off right with homemade apple-raisin oatmeal. Frosty apple drink is festive for special gatherings. Apple stuffing is the perfect accompaniment to roast meats, such as pork with cranberries and apples.
