In this episode, we visit Nettle Meadow Goat Farm, where cheese-makers produce hand-crafted artisan cheeses. In the kitchen, Kim prepares dishes featuring different varieties of cheeses, such as a hearty lentil salad with tomatoes and formage blanc, a kidney bean dip made with cheddar cheese and salsa, a Greek-inspired side of baked green beans with feta cheese and an easy vegetable cheese soup.
